Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem framing to model deployment and monitoring.
- Develop scalable ML models (regression, classification, clustering, NLP) using Python and modern libraries.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain robust ML pipelines (data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring).
- Design rigorous experiments, run A/B tests, and quantify impact with clear metrics.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and storytelling.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation and best practices.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on data science experience in industry.
- Proficient in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy) and SQL; experience with Spark is a plus.
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong statistical foundation, experimental design, and data visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and production-grade tooling is a plus.
