Join NovaAnalytics as a Senior Data Scientist in Seattle. You will lead end-to-end data science initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive product strategy and revenue growth. This role blends hands-on modeling with collaboration across product, engineering, and analytics teams to deploy scalable solutions in production.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem framing to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Develop and deploy scalable ML models using Python, Spark, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Perform feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, and experimentation (A/B/n tests).
- Build data pipelines and collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Create clear, impactful data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to research and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on data science experience with end-to-end model development.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy) and SQL.
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ML Ops tooling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with NLP, time-series forecasting, or computer vision is a plus.
