NovaData Labs is a forward-thinking AI-driven analytics company helping global enterprises unlock the power of data. We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own end to end modeling, ship production grade ML systems, and mentor a growing data science team.
What you will do
- Lead and design end to end data science projects from problem framing to deployment
- Develop scalable ML models and production pipelines with a focus on reliability and governance
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and software teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Monitor model performance, conduct error analysis, and implement improvements
- Mentor junior scientists, contribute to hiring, and promote best practices
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data storytelling
- Drive experimentation and measure impact to inform strategy
Responsibility
- Lead and design end to end data science projects from problem framing to deployment

Qualification
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on data science experience with production ML systems
- Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with ML Ops and model deployment, monitoring, and governance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex results to non technical audiences
- Experience partnering with product teams and stakeholders to drive business impact
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and data tooling
- Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools
