We’re seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive end-to-end modeling from data collection to production deployment. You’ll work with a collaborative team on complex problems, mentor teammates, and help shape our data strategy.

Responsibility
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to define requirements and success metrics.
- Prepare data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for experimentation and production.
- Perform rigorous experiments, track results, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor model performance, detect data drift, and implement retraining strategies.
- Contribute to data governance, documentation, and best practices for reproducible research.
- Mentor junior data scientists and share knowledge across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD a plus.
- 3+ years of hands-on data science experience in production ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python or R; strong SQL skills; experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data tooling (ETL, data warehouses).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design and run A/B tests and interpret results.
- Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling to non-technical audiences.
