In this role, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate complex questions into robust data-driven models, and you will own end-to-end model lifecycle from exploration to deployment.

Responsibility
- Design, prototype, and productionize end-to-end machine learning models addressing product and business questions.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and X-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Source, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources ensuring high data quality.
- Experiment, evaluate, and monitor model performance; run A/B tests and off-policy evaluations.
- Develop interpretable analytics and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor and grow junior data scientists; contribute to the team’s data science roadmap and best practices.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; 5+ years of hands-on data science experience in production ML systems.
- Proficiency with Python (NumPy, pandas), SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and data warehousing tools (BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Strong statistical background and experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and causal inference is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate complex results into actionable recommendations.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable data science solutions in cross-functional product teams.
