Responsibility
- Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics and process automation.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to stakeholder delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Design and conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to quantify business impact.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering growth and best practices.
- Present complex findings to executive-level audiences in clear, compelling ways.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in data science.
Qualification
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience in advanced data science or analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Exceptional skills in statistical and predictive modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
