NovaData Solutions is at the forefront of applying data science to real-world business challenges. We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and deploy AI-powered features across our SaaS platform. This role blends research depth with production discipline, from prototyping models to shipping features that users rely on.
As a member of our data science team, you will partner with product, engineering, and design to translate complex problems into scalable data-driven solutions. You will own end-to-end projects, mentor junior scientists, and help shape our data-driven product strategy.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem framing to production deployment.
- Design, test, and deploy machine learning models with measurable business impact.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and feature stores to support models in production.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Monitor model performance, conduct experiments, and iterate with A/B testing.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to recruitment and onboarding.
- Ensure model governance, reproducibility, and robust documentation.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of data science experience in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Strong background in statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and data orchestration (Airflow).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain complex results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Portfolio of data science projects with measurable impact.
