We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our AI-first product team in San Francisco. You will translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
As a member of the Data Science group, you will prototype, validate, and deploy models that power product decisions, user experience, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to turn data into actionable insights that influence strategy and execution.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem framing to deployment, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Design and implement scalable models (ML, NLP, time-series) using Python, SQL, and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and MLOps teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
- Develop robust experimentation plans, A/B tests, and performance metrics to validate business value.
- Build interpretable models and provide clear data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a data science center of excellence.
- Architect and optimize data pipelines to ensure reliable data access, governance, and reproducibility.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; 5+ years of data science experience.
- Strong Python proficiency with pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in ML deployment, NLP, time-series, or computer vision; experience with MLops tooling.
- SQL mastery and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and data storytelling.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and basic data engineering concepts; comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record delivering business impact through data-driven solutions.
