Responsibility

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data science solutions that address business challenges. \n
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to define success metrics and evaluation methods. \n
- Prepare and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and data wrangling workflows to support modeling efforts. \n
- Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical testing, and hypothesis-driven experimentation. \n
- Validate model performance across offline and online experiments; monitor drift and retrain as needed. \n
- Communicate insights and recommendations through dashboards, reports, and presentations to stakeholders. \n
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's best practices and documentation. \n
Qualification

- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is a plus for senior levels. \n
- 3+ years of hands-on data science experience with end-to-end ML projects. \n
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas), SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). \n
- Experience deploying models to production and model monitoring (MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent). \n
- Strong understanding of statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing. \n
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and data tooling (ETL, data warehouses). \n
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical results to business outcomes. \n
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful data science projects. \n
