Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem framing to deployment and monitoring of models in production.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Architect scalable ML pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), ensuring reproducibility and observability.
- Develop and validate predictive models (regression, classification, time-series, NLP) and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct rigorous experiments, A/B tests, and performance analysis to inform decision making.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of data literacy across the organization.
Qualification
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; 5+ years of hands-on data science experience.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing (Pandas, Spark).
- Experience deploying models to production and building ML pipelines with CI/CD discipline.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and orchestrators (Airflow, Kubeflow).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering business impact through data-driven solutions and strong problem solving.
