Role overview: As a Senior Data Scientist, you will own end to end data science projects from problem framing to production deployment, collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibility
- Build and deploy end to end data science solutions from problem framing to production deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business goals into analytical projects.
- Design experiments, perform rigorous validation, and drive decisions through data.
- Develop scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and model serving infrastructure.
- Improve data quality, governance, and documentation for scalable impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to hiring, code reviews, and best practices.
- Communicate complex insights to stakeholders with clear storytelling and visuals.
Qualification
- Master's or PhD in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years in data science, with a track record of production ML models.
- Strong Python experience (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch) and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps principles.
- Strong experimental design, statistical reasoning, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and storytelling.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices.
