Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Build and optimize infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
- Manage and optimize cloud resources (AWS) including compute, networking, and security configurations.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Champion security best practices, cost optimization, and incident response.
- Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment strategies and release processes.
- Drive reliability initiatives and disaster recovery planning in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps culture across teams.
Qualification
- 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong proficiency with AWS and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Extensive IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Solid Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
