Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools such as Terraform and Pulumi.
- Operate containerized environments with Kubernetes, Docker, and related tooling; manage deployments and rollbacks.
- Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stacks.
- Collaborate with security, development, and SRE teams to enforce security controls and compliance.
- Champion reliability, performance tuning, and incident response; develop runbooks and post-incident reviews.
- Build internal tooling to reduce toil and accelerate engineering workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps maturity across the organization.
Qualification
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with deep cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong expertise in CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, Pulumi) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Scripting in Python or Bash; experience with monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging (ELK/EFK).
- Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and compliance (SOC 2, PCI) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration in agile environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
