Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across multi-cloud environments using GitOps best practices.
- Manage cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes and container orchestration to ensure reliability and performance.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation; automate provisioning and configuration management.
- Build and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and implement proactive monitoring and alerting.
- Champion security, compliance, and cost optimization across the CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with software engineers to drive architecture improvements and reduce deployment risk.
- Own incident response, post-mortems, and root-cause analysis to accelerate remediation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices and documentation.
Qualification
- 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience in cloud-native environments.
- Strong proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes; experience with multi-cloud is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC tools; scripting in Python or Bash.
- Proficient with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI) and GitOps workflows.
- Experience with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; certifications (CKA, AWS) are a plus.
