Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) for multi-service deployments.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) using IaC tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Automate provisioning, configuration management (Ansible, Puppet), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
- Implement and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Opensearch).
- Establish robust security practices, IAM policies, network segmentation, and secret management.
- Collaborate with SRE, development, and security teams to improve reliability, scalability, and incident response.
- Champion cost optimization, performance tuning, and resilient architectural patterns.
Qualification
- 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience in a cloud environment.
- Deep expertise with AWS and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
- Solid monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery planning abilities.
- Knowledge of security best practices, IAM, encryption, VPCs, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
