NovaCloud Technologies is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our cloud-native platform team. You will design, build, and operate scalable CI/CD pipelines, ensure reliability, and enable fast, secure deployments across multiple clouds. Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD to enable rapid, reliable releases.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes and ensure robust security, networking, and RBAC controls.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems; drive reliability improvements and SRE practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize release trains, performance, and cost-efficiency across multiple cloud providers.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized SIEM solutions.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
Qualification
- 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in cloud-native environments.
- Deep expertise in AWS, with working knowledge of GCP or Azure; strong IAM, networking, and security controls.
- Proven track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tooling.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container runtimes, service mesh, and incident management.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) and automation tooling.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
