Join our team as a Senior DevOps Engineer in Berlin. You will architect and automate scalable cloud infrastructure, enhance CI CD pipelines, and raise the bar on reliability across product teams.

Responsibility
- Design and maintain scalable CI CD pipelines across cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes) with a focus on automation and reliability.
- Define and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation across multi cloud environments.
- Manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud native services; ensure efficient scheduling, autoscaling, and health checks.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and tracing using Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized ELK stacks; implement SRE practices.
- Partner with software engineers to automate deployments, testing, and release pipelines; reduce release cycle times.
- Enforce security and compliance in CI CD, IaC, and runtime environments; implement least privilege and secret management.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead DevOps initiatives across product teams; promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
Qualification
- 5+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering with strong cloud experience (AWS or Azure); Kubernetes expertise.
- Proficient with CI CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
- Deep IaC experience with Terraform and CloudFormation; scripting in Bash or Python.
- Hands on with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; experience with cloud native services.
- Strong monitoring and observability skills using Prometheus, Grafana; solid incident management experience.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem solving in Agile environments.
- Bachelor degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
