Join HR Primo Management Services as a Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Lead and champion reliability, performance, and scalable operations for a high-traffic .NET-based e-commerce platform. You will own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deploys, and release orchestration, while mentoring junior engineers across regions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic infrastructure design in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In this role, you will architect resilient cloud infrastructure, implement infrastructure as code, automate provisioning, and drive continuous improvement in deployment speed and stability. You will design comprehensive monitoring, logging, and incident response plans to ensure 99.9%+ uptime, correlating metrics across services, databases, and front-end applications. You will collaborate with development, QA, product, and security teams to ensure best practices in security, compliance, and quality are baked into every release.
As a senior member of the team, you will mentor engineers globally, lead disaster recovery drills, conduct blameless post-mortems, and set the standard for operational excellence. Responsibility
- Lead and optimize CI/CD pipelines for a high-traffic .NET e-commerce platform, ensuring fast, reliable, and repeatable deployments.
- Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS) with infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation).
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting to achieve 99.9%+ uptime and rapid incident response.
- Develop and enforce security practices within CI/CD, secrets management, and release governance.
- Mentor and coach global engineering teams, aligning DevOps practices with software delivery goals.
- Drive containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment pipelines and rollback plans.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and product teams to improve reliability, performance, and customer experience.
Qualification
- 7+ years of DevOps experience, including CI/CD for enterprise-grade web applications.
- Strong experience with the .NET stack and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in cloud providers (Azure and/or AWS) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
- Containerization expertise with Docker and Kubernetes; experience with Helm is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, APM).
- Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python); strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven track record mentoring engineers across regions.
