Good Job Creations is partnering with an established healthcare cluster in Singapore to appoint a Senior Dietitian with strong clinical experience. In this role you will provide expert nutritional care across inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborate with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals, and contribute to programs that improve patient outcomes within the integrated care model.
As a Senior Dietitian, you will assess nutritional status, formulate individualized medical nutrition therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions based on evidence and guidelines. You will educate patients and families on nutrition for chronic disease management, weight management, and recovery, while delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care. The position requires outstanding clinical judgment, precise documentation, and the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team with office hour scheduling.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for medical inpatients and outpatients
- Develop and monitor individualized medical nutrition therapy plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and the dietetic team to implement care plans
- Provide evidence based nutrition counselling and education to patients and families
- Document care plans, interventions and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to guideline development
- Support discharge planning and ongoing nutrition management through follow-up and referrals
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree in Dietetics or Nutrition; eligible for dietitian registration
- Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN) with clinical experience
- Minimum 5 years of clinical dietetics experience (preferred for senior role)
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and chronic disease management
- Excellent communication, counseling and interpersonal skills; fluent in English
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation standards
