Responsibility
- Support the development and execution of regional business intelligence initiatives to drive strategic objectives and performance.
- Manage daily data operations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports for diverse business functions.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT) to translate business requirements into BI solutions.
- Deliver insightful presentations to senior management, providing recommendations based on rigorous analysis.
- Monitor data processes and recommend enhancements for data governance and reporting effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Puma’s BI capabilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
- Advanced skills in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions are required.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling large data sets and creating actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams within a fast-paced environment.
