In this role you will oversee accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will implement financial controls, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement across cost management, pricing, and working capital optimization. You will collaborate with operations to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and provide timely insights to enable effective decision making.

Responsibility

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the manufacturing operations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
  • Conduct cost analysis, margin optimization, and pricing strategy support
  • Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital; optimize receivables and payables
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and governance in line with IFRS/GAAP standards
  • Partner with operations to drive cost saving initiatives and productivity improvements
  • Lead ERP and finance system enhancements; ensure data integrity and process efficiency
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on business performance and capital allocation

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualification CA CPA CFA preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Experience with ERP systems (eg SAP Oracle), and advanced Excel data analytics skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, growth focused setting
  • Strong business partner mindset and ethical approach to financial governance
