As a trusted partner to the executive team, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, and you will champion financial discipline, scalable processes, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Own monthly closes, consolidations, and management reporting to executives.
- Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities to optimize liquidity.
- Implement and enhance financial controls, policies, and governance in line with GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, and investment appraisal.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to meet business goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel; experience with financial modeling.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear insights to executives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
