We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, partnering with senior leaders to drive value creation across the organization.
In this role you will synthesize complex data into actionable insights, develop scalable financial models, and influence strategic decisions that accelerate growth and profitability. A strong communicator and collaborative partner, you will bridge finance with operations, treasury, and IT to secure optimal capital allocation.
Responsibility
- Lead and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple business units.
- Develop robust financial models, scenario analyses, and KPI dashboards to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business strategy into financial targets and action plans.
- Monitor financial performance, drive profitability improvements, and manage cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls (GAAP/IFRS as applicable).
- Lead monthly/quarterly close processes, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Partner with treasury, operations, and IT to optimize capital allocation and efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA or professional certification preferred (CPA/CFA/CMA).
- 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting experience.
- Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel; VBA); familiarity with SQL or Python a plus.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional certifications and a track record of driving measurable financial results.
