Responsibility
- Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for scenario planning, capital planning, and valuation analysis.
- Partner with department heads to drive profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury coordination.
- Establish and monitor internal controls, workflow efficiencies, and process improvements.
- Manage and mentor a small team of financial analysts, fostering professional growth and accountability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CMA/CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization; experience with SAP/Oracle and BI tools.
- Demonstrated track record in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and decision-support analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present to C-suite audiences.
- Knowledge of SOX controls and strong ethics, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
