NovaFin Capital is seeking a results-driven Senior Financial Manager to lead planning, analysis, and treasury activities for a fast-growing firm. This role reports to the VP of Finance and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibility
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate investments, pricing, and capital allocation decisions.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury operations.
- Monitor and report on financial KPIs; provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and support external audits and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior FP&A staff; lead process improvements and standardization of reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or treasury roles.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/FP&A tools (SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering impactful business insights.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
