Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting across all business units, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital; implement enhancements to optimize capital efficiency.
- Partner with operations to implement cost controls, efficiency initiatives, and performance measurement.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes; manage internal controls and compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support regulatory reporting and governance requirements.
- Present financial performance to C-suite and board; translate data into actionable insights and risk recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of financial management experience in corporate environments with FP&A focus.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and data storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness.
- Experience leading finance teams; exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with ERP/BI tools (SAP/Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
