Join Apex Capital Partners as a Senior Financial Manager in New York. You will lead financial planning, analysis, and strategy to drive growth and profitability across the enterprise. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and partners with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning to align with strategic objectives.
- Own monthly close, financial reporting, and variance analysis for executive leadership.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury activities, and working capital optimization.
- Partner with department heads to deliver ROI analysis on initiatives and capital investments.
- Maintain robust internal controls, adherence to GAAP and SOX requirements.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, including FP&A and accounting.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools.
- Demonstrated leadership with ability to influence at the executive level and mentor staff.
- Solid understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls; experience with audits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strategic thoughtfulness.
