NorthBridge Financial Group is seeking a high-caliber Senior Financial Manager to lead the financial planning, analysis, and strategic execution for our New York operations. This role partners with executive leadership to drive scalable processes, ensure accuracy of reporting, and deliver actionable insights that accelerate growth and profitability.
You will own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling for a fast-paced, advisory-focused organization.
Responsibility
- Develop and own annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned to corporate strategy.
- Lead monthly close, consolidation, and management reporting with clear, actionable dashboards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury processes.
- Partner with commercial teams to evaluate investments, pricing, and profitability improvements.
- Design and implement robust internal controls, regulatory reporting, and SOX-compliant processes.
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team; drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and present KPI metrics and executive-level dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A, budgeting, and reporting; experience in financial services or professional services is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP) and advanced Excel; SQL proficiency a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and operate in a fast-paced environment.
