NovaBridge Capital is seeking a results-driven Senior Financial Manager to lead strategic financial initiatives, drive data-informed decision making, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale growth.
In this role you will own budgeting, forecasting, monthly close processes, and financial reporting for a high-growth portfolio. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for executives and board members.

Responsibility
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning to align with corporate strategy.
- Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and potential acquisitions.
- Monitor treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate cost allocations and KPI tracking.
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and adherence to GAAP and financial policies.
- Provide actionable insights and scenario analysis to inform capital allocation and risk management decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial planning, and analysis; 2+ years in a people management role.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle), and BI tools; SQL experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, tax compliance, and close processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear storytelling and decision-support reports.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
