Responsibility
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, metrics, and dashboards for business units and executives.
- Own financial models and scenario analysis to inform strategic decisions and capital allocation.
- Oversee month-end close, variance analysis, and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with treasury on liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and capital management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure data integrity.
- Mentor and develop junior finance staff; drive a high-performance finance organization.
- Prepare board materials and presentations for C-suite stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience in a corporate or advisory setting.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and internal controls; demonstrated ability to manage audits and month-end close.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; able to influence at executive level.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment; project management skills a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
