Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies and business plans.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial reporting for the organization.
- Analyze complex financial data to optimize investment decisions and capital allocation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on mergers, acquisitions, and key growth initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering continuous improvement.
- Present key financial insights and recommendations to the Board and stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in financial management, preferably in the investment or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US regulatory financial compliance (SEC, SOX, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and large-scale projects.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a strategic mindset.
