We are seeking a Senior Financial Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization. You will partner with leadership to drive profitability, optimize capital structure, and ensure GAAP compliance.
In this role, you will manage a small FP&A team, own the monthly close calendar, and deliver insightful analyses to executive leadership. We value strategic thinkers who combine rigor with hands-on execution.
Responsibility
- Lead annual budgeting and multi-year forecasting processes, aligning with strategic goals.
- Oversee monthly close, ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of accounts.
- Develop and manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability, pricing strategy, and capital allocation.
- Design and implement robust FP&A processes, dashboards, and management reporting.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and coordinate internal/external audits when required.
- Mentor and develop junior analysts to build a high-performing finance team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial management or FP&A with a track record of delivering insights to executives.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; experience with planning tools (Hyperion, Anaplan) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
