Responsibility
- Lead FP&A activities including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis across the organization.
- Develop and present robust financial models, scenarios, and long-range plans to drive strategic decisions.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury coordination with banking partners.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS across all business units.
- Prepare board materials, executive dashboards, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, tax) to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
- Lead financial system improvements and data analytics initiatives to enhance decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and risk management.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools.
- Proven leadership, collaboration, and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic forecasting.
- Relevant certifications and a track record of driving performance improvements.
