Capstone Capital Advisors is seeking a high-caliber Senior Financial Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role partners with executives to drive profitability, optimize capital structure, and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of GAAP, FP&A processes, and strategic finance.
In this role you will own financial forecasting, budgeting, management reports, and performance dashboards; oversee cash flow planning; manage external audits; and mentor a team of financial analysts. You will be a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights that support growth initiatives.
Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analysis, and KPI dashboards.
- Oversee monthly/quarterly close, consolidate reporting, and ensure accuracy.
- Manage cash flow, working capital optimization, debt covenants, and treasury tasks.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX.
- Collaborate with business partners to provide actionable financial guidance and cost optimization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team; implement process improvements and automation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CMA/CA is preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP; experience with SOX controls.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Workday) and BI tools; advanced Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred.
