Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to develop actionable insights for executive management.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.
- Drive process improvements in financial operations and controls.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Advise on investment opportunities, risk mitigation, and capital allocation.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management or FP&A roles.
- Proven leadership track record in complex corporate finance environments.
- Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Advanced Excel and proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and financial compliance standards.
