We seek a strategic Financial Manager to own planning, reporting, and treasury operations, partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability. As a key member of the finance organization, you will shape financial strategy, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensure robust controls across the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that influence capital allocation and performance.
Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage monthly close, consolidation, and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and internal policy.
- Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic business initiatives, ROI analyses, and cost optimization.
- Develop and implement internal controls, risk management, and compliance programs.
- Mentor and develop a high performing finance team; recruit and retain top talent.
- Drive ERP and financial system enhancements, data accuracy, and process automation.
- Provide financial insights to support capital allocation decisions and fundraising efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, corporate finance, or FP&A.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (ERP such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- CPA or CFA certification preferred; advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or fundraising is a plus.
