Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and rolling forecasts for the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and present complex financial models and dashboards to support decision-making across departments.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and capital expenditure planning to maximize liquidity and ROI.
- Coordinate month-end close, deliver GAAP-compliant financial statements, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of reporting.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize pricing, and drive revenue growth initiatives.
- Oversee internal controls, risk management, and collaboration with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive FP&A process improvements, ERP optimization, and data governance to enable scalable reporting and insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional designation (CPA/CMA/CFA) preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management accounting within a high-growth or complex environment.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills; advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Proficiency with data visualization tools and SQL is a plus; ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-level storytelling.
- Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory reporting; experience with audits is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills; demonstrated ability to influence at the senior level and manage multiple stakeholders.
