HarborView Capital Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to join our NYC-based finance team. This pivotal role leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives across our portfolio companies. Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts to support strategic decisions.
- Own forecasting cycles and provide variance analysis with actionable insights for leadership.
- Coordinate with portfolio company finance leads to consolidate financial results and present to executive management.
- Drive financial planning for growth initiatives including new markets, product launches, and capital allocation.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning.
- Partner with treasury and accounting to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.
- Develop KPI dashboards and deliver compelling financial storytelling for stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; proven ability to influence across levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
