We are seeking a results-driven Senior Financial Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-support for the executive leadership team. Responsibility
- Lead and oversee annual budget process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
- Manage monthly close, variance analysis, and management reporting to executives.
- Drive cash flow optimization, liquidity management, and capital allocation decisions.
- Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with operations, sales, and product teams to improve profitability and performance metrics.
- Strengthen internal controls, ensure US GAAP compliance, and support SOX requirements.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills; proficient in Excel and financial software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial planning tools; exposure to SOX controls.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to present to C-suite.
- Leadership experience with team development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA are a plus.
