Join Aurora Capital Partners, a leading financial management firm dedicated to strategic growth and sustainable value creation. We are hiring a Senior Financial Manager to lead planning, reporting, and financial control for our regional operations in Singapore.

In this role, you will partner with business leaders, drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization, and deliver insights that enable smart decision-making. You will oversee financial controls, consolidate regional results, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Responsibility

  • Lead monthly and quarterly close processes for the Singapore entity and regional reporting packages.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and rolling 12-month cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate capital investments, business cases, and ROI scenarios.
  • Manage internal controls, variance analysis, and risk management to uphold financial integrity.
  • Partner with senior leaders to optimize working capital, cost structure, and capital allocation.
  • Coordinate statutory reporting, tax compliance, and liaison with external auditors.
  • Drive process improvements and automation across FP&A, accounting, and reporting using ERP systems.

Qualification

  • Chartered accountant or equivalent (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) with ongoing professional development.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, influencing cross-functional partners, and delivering results under tight timelines.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
