Responsibility

  • Assess clients' fitness levels, goals, and limitations to design customized training plans
  • Lead one-on-one and small-group sessions with proper technique, coaching cues, and safety
  • Monitor progress, adjust programming, and provide constructive feedback
  • Educate clients on form, mobility, nutrition basics, and injury prevention within scope
  • Develop progressive program templates for overarching client journeys and seasonal campaigns
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized training space and equipment
  • Collaborate with nutritionists, fellow coaches, and studio staff to deliver cohesive experiences

Qualification

  • Certified by a recognized program such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on coaching in a fitness facility or boutique studio
  • Proven ability to motivate clients, build rapport, and drive engagement
  • Strong knowledge of movement patterns, program design, and scaling for different abilities
  • First Aid/CPR certification and a solid safety record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading groups
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
