Responsibility
- Design and deliver customized fitness programs for individuals and small groups based on assessments and goals.
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and regular progress tracking with measurable outcomes.
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions with emphasis on safety, technique, and motivation.
- Educate clients on movement mechanics, nutrition basics, recovery, and lifestyle factors that influence results.
- Collaborate with nutritionists, physiotherapists, and other wellness professionals to support holistic outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous client records, progress notes, and programming in the CRM and LMS.
- Drive client retention and referrals through exceptional service and measurable results.
- Mentor junior trainers and contribute to team development and programming standards.
Qualification
- Certification from NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or an equivalent accredited program.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on coaching experience with diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, program design, periodization, and movement assessment.
- CPR/AED certification and first-aid training.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and client relationship skills.
- Availability for evenings and weekend sessions as needed.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and basic fitness tech tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium studio environment and maintain high professional standards.
