Join a premium Los Angeles fitness brand as Marketing & Community Lead. PeakPulse Fitness is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing & Community Lead to craft compelling campaigns, grow our community, and build authentic partnerships with fitness creators and studios. This is a full-time role for a creative strategist who loves fitness and storytelling. You will work cross-functionally with product, studio partners, and content teams to scale our reach and impact.
What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement across the Los Angeles fitness ecosystem.
- Build and manage partnerships with studios, trainers, influencers, and events to amplify reach and credibility.
- Lead content strategy including video, social media, email, and blog to tell authentic fitness stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Analyze performance data, set KPIs, and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and impact.
- Plan and host community events, workshops, and pop-up classes to strengthen member loyalty and advocacy.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to align campaigns with product launches and new offerings.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing or partnerships experience in the fitness, health, or wellness sector.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design.
- Experience with influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and event activations.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
