We are seeking a results-driven Fitness Program Manager / Head Coach to lead program design, elevate group classes, and mentor a team of coaches. This role blends leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on coaching in a fast-paced, member-centric environment.
What you will do includes developing scalable training templates, monitoring client progress, ensuring safety protocols, and collaborating with the operations team to create memorable member experiences.

Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of high-quality fitness programs and group classes for diverse member profiles.
- Design scalable, evidence-based programming templates and progression plans.
- Coach and mentor a team of coaches, ensuring consistent coaching standards.
- Assess client needs, set measurable goals, and track progress using data-driven metrics.
- Ensure safety, risk management, and proper form across all sessions and facilities.
- Collaborate with operations and programming to optimize class schedules and member engagement.
- Foster an inclusive, motivating environment that supports client retention and referrals.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of fitness coaching or program design experience, with leadership exposure.
- Certifications: CPT/NASM/ACSM or equivalent; strong knowledge of exercise science guidelines preferred.
- Proven track record designing effective fitness programs for groups and individuals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-management skills.
- Strong understanding of injury prevention and exercise science principles.
- Ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and adjust programs accordingly.
- Passion for helping others achieve health and wellness goals and a customer-first mindset.
