Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end frontend development of core product features from concept to production.
- Architect scalable UI components using React + TypeScript and ensure accessibility and performance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate customer problems into elegant solutions.
- Establish coding standards, review peers' code, and mentor junior engineers.
- Drive test coverage and performance profiling; implement CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.
- Instrument analytics and monitoring to measure feature impact and user experience.
- Contribute to product roadmap and participate in architectural decision-making.
- Help shape a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years frontend development experience with modern JS frameworks (React preferred).
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and responsive design.
- Experience building scalable UI components and design systems.
- Familiarity with Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and async workflows.
- Experience with testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, build tooling).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven mentor and team player.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
