In this role, you will partner with product and design to craft elegant interfaces, ship high-quality code, and champion performance and accessibility across all devices.
What you will do includes collaborating on architecture, building reusable components, implementing responsive UI, leading code reviews, and championing a test-driven mindset.
Responsibility
- Architect and implement scalable frontend features using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product and design to translate complex ideas into intuitive UI
- Champion accessibility, performance, and responsive design across devices
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish frontend best practices
- Build reusable component libraries and maintain a robust CI/CD workflow
- Partner with backend teams to define APIs and data contracts
- Instrument and monitor frontend performance, error tracking, and user analytics
- Contribute to product strategy with data-informed insights
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional frontend experience with modern JS frameworks
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern architecture patterns
- Strong understanding of user experience, accessibility, and responsive design
- Proven track record shipping production-grade web apps in startups or high-growth teams
- Experience with component libraries, testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and CI/CD
- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand) and Next.js a plus
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, willingness to mentor others
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
