Nova Cloud Technologies is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our fully remote, Europe-wide engineering team. You will build high-quality, scalable frontend applications for a global customer base, partnering with product and design to deliver delightful user experiences.

Location: Remote across Europe, with the option to base in Berlin. This is a fully remote role with occasional virtual team syncs.
Responsibility
- Build and maintain scalable frontend architecture using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into polished UI experiences.
- Optimize for performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility.
- Implement robust testing with Jest and end-to-end tests; contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices.
- Contribute to design system components and reusable UI patterns.
- Monitor frontend performance and implement improvements based on metrics.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and work effectively in a distributed, remote team.
Qualification
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand) and component-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with Node.js tooling (Vite/Webpack), testing (Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication in English; comfortable collaborating across time zones.
- Experience shipping accessible, responsive web applications and a strong eye for UI detail.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
