Join NovaSprint Technologies, a remote-first product company crafting scalable software for modern teams. We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to help shape the customer experience across our web platform. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours and competitive compensation.
As a member of our distributed engineering team, you will own frontend features end-to-end, collaborate with design and product to translate complex requirements into elegant interfaces, and mentor rising engineers to help our team scale.

Responsibility
- Lead the development of reusable, accessible UI components using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement responsive, high-performance features with a focus on accessibility (WCAG) and SEO.
- Review code, mentor teammates, and uphold engineering standards across the frontend.
- Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate new frontend technologies.
- Support QA and production monitoring to ensure reliability and uptime.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
- Experience with Next.js or a similar framework.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright).
- Previous remote work experience and self-management skills.
