Responsibility
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to plan and implement high-quality frontend features.
- Develop reusable UI components in React with TypeScript, following accessibility and responsive design best practices.
- Implement performance optimizations and monitor frontend metrics to drive improvements.
- Write comprehensive tests (unit and integration) and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Own the frontend domain, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment and release automation.
- Collaborate across time zones to ensure smooth delivery and timely feature releases.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with a strong portfolio of shipped React/TypeScript projects.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling (Vite/Webpack, Babel).
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand) and React hooks.
- Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs; ability to translate API design into UI.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to collaborate in a distributed team.
- Experience with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and accessibility (WCAG).
- Proven track record delivering robust, accessible, and responsive web applications in a remote setting.
