Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of complex, responsive UI components using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality software on schedule.
- Write clean, accessible, and testable code; implement unit and integration tests.
- Drive performance optimizations and ensure robust cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to raise team-wide quality.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and maintain a transparent, remote-first workflow.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.), and modern tooling.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote environment and communicate clearly.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and CI/CD concepts.
- Portfolio or code samples demonstrating front-end excellence.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver with strong collaboration skills.
